Coconut powder came in like a brick form. Not easily broken up by any means. I like to think I pay for consistency and solubility of the powdered products I buy and it was not met. Not sure if the new packaging has anything to do with it.

So far the minerals seem to be doing the trick in the garden, the reason I'm not giving 4/5 stars is that the bag was torn when it came, and the minerals had all spilled out into the shipping box. Re-bagging them, a lot of dust got in the air and I was coughing. Wear a mask when handling.

the purchase was fine and everything came through the mail very quickly. One of the four bubble snakes did not connect or stay connected well. I called to talk about this issue, I was told I get a call back after talking to the manufacturer. I didn't. Additionally, the bubble snakes do not stay flat on the bottom of the tank. They rock back and forth which has left the bags unevenly bubbled. I feel that other solutions would work better to make aact. Pumps great, delivery great, point of sale great, product a bit to be desired, follow up service ok I guess. We will see how this situation is played out before making a final judgement.

The discount code and offer is advertised on the web site even though it expired last year. The complete ipm report/recipes is no longer included in the box as sated on web site (I never got one in my email either). Once I figure out the recipe I'll be able to use it.

After much anticipation, I ordered a few items from buildasoil. Got a shipping update a day later. Great. Seven days later and nothing. I found out that it never shipped. I was simply given an excuse about site maintenance. They did not offer to rectify the mistake at this point. I was offered 10% off my next purchase only after I had to cancel the order. Not impressed.

Buildasoil failed to ship my order and only noticed the error a week later when I pointed it out. They gave me a 10% off code AFTER I cancelled the order. Seeing as the crustacean meal has increased in price by 50%, I think I might pass on that coupon code. Poor showing folks! Now stop bugging me for reviews! I never got my stuff!

I got the 1 ounce version it came in a 1 gallon sealed mylar bag. The packaging is impractical. Should come in a little plastic container or glass jar or something where I can easily use it. Like I understand they probably buy huge 50lb bags of it but cmon a 1 foot tall bag with like a 1/4" of powder at the bottom?

Just got mine today, watched Tim's video on YouTube and read the instructions. Excited to get some tea brewing. Set it up, have two gallons of water in my homer bucket,, but the water is not making it up the return. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it seems hard to do that, and I work in IT so I'm good at figuring things out. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly. Thank you

Received my soil, with no geopots. Supposed to be on the sane order. First it takes a whole week to ship, and now that I got MOST OF my order, what am I supposed to put this soil in? I ordered on the same order for a reason. Just saying. Slow down and get orders right if you want happy and consistent customers.

Hey half of my order did not arrive with the kelp. I emailed you guys about it and you send me a tracking number and it said the missing items were delivered to a completely different state. The kelp itself is an amazing product however. Just wish I had the rest of my order to review as well.

I ordered this along with a few other items. As far as the products are concerned, the barley and other things are excellent. I wish I would have ordered all the things I need from here rather than sourcing them else where. As for the shipping, there's room for improvement. When the box arrived, it was torn open to the extent that I could see some of what was inside. In addition the bags containing the barley and neem/karanja had been ripped open. The barley being open wasn't nearly as bad as the neem/karanja. I threw out the stuff that had been wet from some rain we had. The worst thing was that the karanja/neem has a really strong smell so it made the entire box and the other products smell pretty bad. I tossed out all the original containers and re-bagged them.

Great products as always, but for some reason I had my aloe shipped seperately from the rest of my order (that I received last week). So there was a delay on the aloe, but no big I just wanted to let you guys know!

I was sorely disappointed in your Neem Cake. I expected an odor, but not the stench that made us all nauseous to be around. It did not repel the gnat insects as advertised, and promptly formed a thick layer of mold on top of my plant soil. I water my plants from the bottom and was completely baffled by this! I eventually had no choice but to destroy the plants that have paintstakingly survived 6 military moves until now.
on Neem Cake - Ahimsa →Apologies on your experience. We never advertise Neem to repel gnats and are careful to leave out any info regarding pests on our product page. That being said, It works wonderfully when executed Properly typically when combined with compost or vermicompost to help it breakdown. We are working on offering better instructions but right now we rely on the consumer to use the product as the see fit. This Neem cake is certainly the best on the market and it's odor is only because of the quality. We do carry another product with less odor that is similar called Karanja Cake and you might like that. Either way though I'm sorry for the bad experience. Is there anything that I can do to help make the situation better?
