Noticeable difference after a few weeks of use. This was a great intro to SST without all of the work and it made me more open to malting my own barley down the road. It's definitely staying in my rotation

I saw great results at first but I did have to reinnoculate my garden with beneficial microbes after using it though. Just use with respect and try to monitor soil microbe life with use and I did go heavy with it too. I bubbled for 4 hours with well water and used 20 cups for 150 gallons of water if that helps at all.

Recently purchased the malted barley, toss them into my worm bin and they loved it!!! Sprinkled a little bit as top dress but I have yet to see any results as it'll take a little bit but I'm assuming that it's going to be just as fantastic as everything else that I've put on top of my plants from this place. You guys rock please keep it up!!!

You gets sudden bursts of growth within 24hrs after applying your malted barley sst. I use it at ALL stages in their lifespan - helps a ton for flower development in flower in my opinion. All i know, is i constantly see great results after using the tea

I unfortunately got some malted barley from another company that was not malted at all. Some had spilled and it spouted and grew! Buildasoils malted barley was milled for me so I could just make my SST and not have to sprout the barley and hope to stop it at peak enzymatic process. Jeremy has it down so I'll get it from him.

Great great great product. Cornerstone of every garden should be malted barley. This product makes everything cycle quicker. However you use it make sure to not bubble longer than 4 hours and it should smell good not acidic. After 4 hours I believe we start to see the conversion to alcohol or acid. Not sure, which one, but it could do something bad. The 2 pound bag was enough for a few months and I was experimenting so you wont need a lot to test for tesults

What can I say?? Ive been using "so called" enzymes for years on my mothers garden. Or at least I thought. Brought the sprouted barley from BAS, add to a blender with water, blend, add to water bucket, water. Eazy peazy! Noticed a BIG difference in plants vigor & final yield/taste! Im not a botanist but I could CLEARLY see the difference in BAS sprouted barley vs store bought liquid enzymes! No contest. Those enzymes get into the soil & break down unused nutrients & minerals FAST! Also was added to my aerated compost teas once every other week.....need I say more??? This will help in ANY garden! Another versatile product from BAS.

I used this as a fungal tea, I ground up the barley sprouts with granulated Kelp and spread it over a damp layer of Malibu BU compost and semi cover. In three days I had a substantial bed of fungus growing, I placed the fungus and compost in my tea brewing setup. Let this go for three days, created a wonderful tea and feed my plants. They look so healthy and green, I feel this a great addition to my no till living soil.

Excellent dry ammendment, dusted it with the ninja blender and mixed into LOS soil. Plants are looking amazing!

Really liked the ease of this. I just blend w some flax seeds and water in. I’ve also blended and mixed w grokashi and used as top dress and within a few days crazy mycelium mat. They love it!!!!

Not only is this product a powerhouse of nutritional value, when used as a spray it helps control red spider mites. No waste, after straining the tea I mix the solids into the soil.

This product truly makes my plants dance!! High quality and all the enzyme goodness your plants need to grow big and strong!! I use other grains/seeds for sst as well but barley is the only one I get in malted form. Using it as a top-dress or making a tea with some fulvic acid and freshly ground malted barley!!
