This was the first time I used this product. Up to this point I just used old fashioned feed corn. I followed my usual protocol (soak in ph correct water for 24 hours, drain, store in a mesh bag, watering twice a day until they sprout). Not sure why, but they didn’t sprout as vigorously as normal feed corn, might need to increase the soak time.

Solo cup experiment, only used with yellow corn on different phenos

Use a 50/50 combo with yellow corn

Use this with a combo of other seeds in your sst for that next level plant health

Love it! Use it once every other week when watering my plants.

Just sprouted them by soaking overnight in a solo cup and used some paper towel and a lil bioAG Ful-Power. Sprouted right away. Now where’s that blender :)

A must have for enzyme assistance to help the breakdown of nutrition in soil, much cheaper than watered down bottled enzymes

I love just about everything I get from BAS and I don't want to discourage anyone from trying out the Blue Corn Seed for SST. I'm just not having a lot of success getting all (most) of the seeds to sprout in my sprouter, possibly due to the large size of the seeds. My sprouter is pretty good, but seems to be geared more towards sprouting small seeds like alfalfa. So far I've only had luck with about a 50% sprouting rate on the Blue Corn Seeds. I also noticed if I try to give them an extra day or so to get more to sprout, they quickly mold over in my sprouter. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I think I just need to practice a little more, maybe adjusting amount of seends per sprouter tray.

Easy to sprout. Most of them germinated unlike many other organic dried corns I have tried to make sst from.
Will buy again.

I use this for my compost/seed sprout teas. As well as a few other types of seeds. I soak in water for a day or two. Than rinse seeds and put jar on side. Making sure dry as possible with just draining water out of top with holes in it. Wash seeds once to three times a day. More you wash quicker you sprout. Should see sprouts in about three days

Had a lot of trouble getting the seeds to sprout. They sent me another bag. Hope it wasn’t me that couldn’t pop these sprouts but I’ve never had trouble with any other seeds. Hope they work next time. Love this company.

This heirloom blue corn is great, seems to have a better enzymatic count or something, my plants liked this SST better (seemed to) than regular yellow corn. Who knows, give it a go!

Great sprouting. I just have to time the sprouting so it’s at its peak germ state with the barley and alfalfa. Once dialed in it’s smooth sailing.

Great for making SSTs during early flower and the blue corn looks awesome when sprouting.

This is the best place for organic products

Title about sums it up. I use blue corn to make SST that also includes BAS barley & alfalfa. Vigorous growth, as well as clear apical dominance release. The flowers that would otherwise be larfy "hash material" turn out to be solid buds. I was simultaneously impressed & slightly disappointed that I had almost no hash material after my last harvest

Solid products from a solid company! Way overdue testy but bought seeds in March 2019. Used them in my mothers garden (tomatoes, corn, cabbage, potatoes, green beans) and yea!.....definitely did the job I expected! I normally (and still do) use coconut water for vigor, root expansion & overall health. The corn seeds definitely helped with the roots & vigor. Not sure about "health" as I dont know if they contain any minerals like coconut water. Im HOOKED! A cheap way to get your plants growing like CRAZY! If you use these seeds as directed and buy BAS coconut water or I highly recommend harmless harvest coconut water @15ml/gallon veg, 30ml/gallon bloom you CANT GO WRONG!
P.S.--------> BAS aloe vera flakes or lily of the desert aloe vera juice WILL add even MORE BENEFITS when used with the above stated! If you go the route of buying liquid coconut water & aloe vera juice, DONT BUY THE CHEAP WALMART BRANDS! Go to a reputable organic grocery store!
Thanks BAS!,

Been 5 days and 5% have roots and they stink bad. Kinda thinking this was a mistake, i dont want to introduce bad bacteria to my facility. Good thing that it was only 12 bucks i was screwed out of. Thanks anyway..
5 days is WAYYY to long. Have you reached out to customer service to help you with sprouting corn? We have thousands of customers and I personally use the corn all the time. I promise we can help get you dialed in.

Pretty straight forward. Sprout. Blend with water and feed it to your plants. Powerful enzymes goodness.

I bought these blue corn seeds for my sprouted seed tea and have been very happy. I soak them for a few hours then put them in a cool dark place with a moist paper towel for about 2 days until I see a 1/4 inch root on most of the seeds. Throw them in a blender with some water, blend, strain, and then mix the liquid with water for watering. The plants love it.

Some of my best SST's from this so far. I'm sure things vary batch to batch for both this and the more standard sprouting corn BAS sells, but this heirloom corn is at perfect sprout size reliably after 48 hrs, you can practically set a watch by it. The plants noticed a difference too! They perked up and waved like they were trying to give a thumbs up :). At the very least, this stuff gets the job done as well as anything else.

Sprouted right up, made some nice tea, repomded well.

Very simple and effective way to deliver different enzymes to the soil, plants love a good SST!

Seemingly within 24 hours all the kernels had sprouts! Blended up easily and mixed perflectly in to the tea I was brewing. Plants certainly seem to love it!

This product absolutely is one of the best organic goodness Every time I sprout the ratio of seeds popping is at least 80 percent and hire a very beautiful color I would recommend that you all try it
