Order process and delivery were WAY TOO LONG for my taste or to even e helpful. Difficult to understand how you guys are so close but seemed to drag your feet with shipping. The whole situation has deterred me from using buildasoil or having any interest in your company. Thanks but NO THANKS

I'm sure the product is good, the straw was put into the box without a bag or anything. Im sure you can guess what happened after I ripped the box open.

I got the two gallon bag. It was super loosely packed and the bag was hardly full. Barely enough to do a super thin mulch layer in a 3x3 bed. First time being disappointed with a BAS product. Worth springing for the inoculated straw although those sometimes have other critters tagging along for the ride.

The mulch was fine when I got it, but I ordered it when your boss was bragging about shipping time. I needed it in the time it was supposed to ship not 10 days later. And that was my best case dealing with this company.
