its a alright fan but it really poor design to put the cage together its a clamp witch is really hard to put on i had to zip tie it because i could not get it on big pain in the but

I have been a customer for a long time and as of lately I have been calling one week after my orders because they still have not shipped, as soon as I come in contact with a associate from buildasoil they are always very nice and get my shipment out soon after I call weather it is that day or a couple days after. This is kind of irritating since I wonder how long it would take to get shipped out if I didn't call? I like buildasoil a lot but I hate following up on my orders as I need them sooner than my current wait times have been

All smaller things in my order was sent thoroughly and on time. A tent of mine that I had ordered was back ordered and took probably an extra week. Still 100%happy with everything. Definitely buying from here again.

I was very unhappy to find my order delivered in pieces. The flimsy box that it was shipped in had broken apart, spiling its contents. I would highly recommend a much sturdier box to ship this heavy kit.

i was looking for the 3100 cmh lamp with mogul base and the picture shows mogul so without reading the description (my bad) i bought a couple and was expecting lamps with moguls not the PGZ18 base which requires a 315w Ceramic MH CMH to Mogul Base Socket Adapter. no biggie.
what i was upset about was bas linking to my girlfriends' facebook page letting her know the order was shipped, that wasn't cool, emails only please, we didn't "friend" bas.
haven't tried the lamps yet, needed to order adapters...

I ordered this barley seed last year so maybe the quality has gone up since then but what I received last year was full of, what I believe to be, weevil carcasses. They didn't seem to cause any problems but it's something that shouldn't happen so I took off two stars for the stress of having them in my order. Three stars because the product did the job as described.

The shirt is nice but when they say it runs small they are not kidding.
I went up one size to a men's extra large.
The shirt is a comfortable fit for my wife who wears ladies medium.

the chicken manure seems to be a bit hot and has stuff added that isnt manure. would be much better if it was composted longer and no trash wood pulp added.

I received my shipment yesterday and the seeds look fine. Pretty early to tell the quality. Only problem was the package. I picked up the contents and seeds went everywhere, all over my floor. There was a giant tear down the side of the package. I would hope I'm the only one this happens to as it resulted in some lost seed and time. I gave two less stars because of this.

I started off with 30ml a gallon and brought it up to 60ml per gallon eventually by raising it up 5ml after each spray. After using an entire quart in one week on a 4kw room, and acquiring slight pistil burn(at 60ml a gal, 55 was fine) and having just as bad as an infestation when I wasted $50 on this product, I won't be buying it again. Only reason it got a 2/5 was for quick shipping and great customer service.

I filled a 7 gallon pot with my build a soil and then i filled a 7 gallon bag up with black gold. The buildasoil just blows the black gold out of the water, if you have the money to buy this soil, do it cause it's worth it.

I had been using the gypsum flour but these pellets have replaced that product. I have concerns that the pellets are not as high a quality as the previous product. There seems to be some rock mixed in with quite a bit in some samples. What are the pellets composed of and how much calcium is in them? I inquired and was told they are pure calcium but that does not seem to be accurate. My other inquiries have been ignored. To bad.

The box came broken and the insides were spilling out of the nutrient bag. Hopefully not much was lost. The quality seems fine, but i wouldn't use an open pack if i didn't need to mix now.

Coconut powder came in like a brick form. Not easily broken up by any means. I like to think I pay for consistency and solubility of the powdered products I buy and it was not met. Not sure if the new packaging has anything to do with it.

So far the minerals seem to be doing the trick in the garden, the reason I'm not giving 4/5 stars is that the bag was torn when it came, and the minerals had all spilled out into the shipping box. Re-bagging them, a lot of dust got in the air and I was coughing. Wear a mask when handling.

the purchase was fine and everything came through the mail very quickly. One of the four bubble snakes did not connect or stay connected well. I called to talk about this issue, I was told I get a call back after talking to the manufacturer. I didn't. Additionally, the bubble snakes do not stay flat on the bottom of the tank. They rock back and forth which has left the bags unevenly bubbled. I feel that other solutions would work better to make aact. Pumps great, delivery great, point of sale great, product a bit to be desired, follow up service ok I guess. We will see how this situation is played out before making a final judgement.
