After much anticipation, I ordered a few items from buildasoil. Got a shipping update a day later. Great. Seven days later and nothing. I found out that it never shipped. I was simply given an excuse about site maintenance. They did not offer to rectify the mistake at this point. I was offered 10% off my next purchase only after I had to cancel the order. Not impressed.
on Kelp Meal - Organic →I got the 1 ounce version it came in a 1 gallon sealed mylar bag. The packaging is impractical. Should come in a little plastic container or glass jar or something where I can easily use it. Like I understand they probably buy huge 50lb bags of it but cmon a 1 foot tall bag with like a 1/4" of powder at the bottom?

Just got mine today, watched Tim's video on YouTube and read the instructions. Excited to get some tea brewing. Set it up, have two gallons of water in my homer bucket,, but the water is not making it up the return. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it seems hard to do that, and I work in IT so I'm good at figuring things out. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly. Thank you

I never received the grokashi that I ordered. I hope it comes in as I ordered and was charged for it before it said that the site was sold out. Not happy as of now with no word on the status of my order.

I was sorely disappointed in your Neem Cake. I expected an odor, but not the stench that made us all nauseous to be around. It did not repel the gnat insects as advertised, and promptly formed a thick layer of mold on top of my plant soil. I water my plants from the bottom and was completely baffled by this! I eventually had no choice but to destroy the plants that have paintstakingly survived 6 military moves until now.

Apologies on your experience. We never advertise Neem to repel gnats and are careful to leave out any info regarding pests on our product page. That being said, It works wonderfully when executed Properly typically when combined with compost or vermicompost to help it breakdown. We are working on offering better instructions but right now we rely on the consumer to use the product as the see fit. This Neem cake is certainly the best on the market and it's odor is only because of the quality. We do carry another product with less odor that is similar called Karanja Cake and you might like that. Either way though I'm sorry for the bad experience. Is there anything that I can do to help make the situation better?

i emailed you guys a few days ago about how long i would have to wait to recieve shipment. Its been 3 days and still no response. Its been over 12 days since i made the order and still havnt recieved anything. I dont like to be left in the dark especially when im ordering something online with a company iv never used before.
