Once everything is finally hooked up it runs fine but there is a lot of things that should have been in the instructions that just wasn't! Very horrible instructions. Also sometimes just soaks the wall and then floor. It just needs the perfect hook up and placement and should state that in the manual.

My Mail Lady handed me this package in a bag bc it leaked powder all over everything and the bag had a giant hole in the bottom. Either from being jammed into too small a box or the goons at the USPS mishandled it, but the box isn’t beat up so I don’t know if this can be blamed on the USPS. Maybe put it in a bag.

It works, but if you leave it sitting for too long it will turn into a brick. The top dress doesn't have this problem, so use that instead

1. This is not a book, Its about 15 pages with lots of photos.
2. All this info is great, but pretty basic. Some good starter recipies. Not much depth after that.
3. Not worth $15, google living soil and read up on the basics for free.
4. This would be better, and more envornmently friendly as a $4.99 PDF download. This does not need to be printed.

there is a tray out on the market that seems to be a bit more stiff and durable, this also leads to a better fit with the dome. When loaded up go to pick up the tray and bend or dome pops off or there is a unwanted gap around the base of the dome? If this is all you can get than by all means grab one but look for the thicker, heavier ones if you can !

I'm not going to use the 2nd netting package I purchased for the 1st level, the holes are too big to do any kind of training of the plants, I made one out of a fence panel, I hope that the netting will work for the 2 level to just hold the buds up to ripen. {really wanted the green scrog screens} maybe later or next grow cycle.

Been 5 days and 5% have roots and they stink bad. Kinda thinking this was a mistake, i dont want to introduce bad bacteria to my facility. Good thing that it was only 12 bucks i was screwed out of. Thanks anyway..

My indoor garden suffers from root aphids. It's a problem many of us have. This product was something I read about online. Sounded good, found it here on one of my favorite sites, so I bought it. Thus far, I've tried using this product 3 times, explicitly following the directions, and have not seen the infestation diminish. I'm actually pretty surprised as I've seen other products with the same ingredients work well. Maybe I'm using this product incorrectly? Maybe this is a bad batch? I dunno. I'll continue buying from Build-A-Soil no matter what. These guys are great!

Ordered these the weekend before I needed them, knowing the weather was gonna be perfect for them to arrive, only to still be waiting a week after my expected delivery for them. Needed them asap and now I'm over a week behind and still waiting and now the weather is super cold.. Could have gotten worms from elsewhere way faster then this, I'm Disappointed. I'm sure there must have been some reason behind it for every other package I order ships faster than my Amazon Prime packages..

The first time I ordered a pallet from build a soil I received it in 4 business days. The second time I ordered a pallet it took 12 business days. I was repeatedly told it would be here one day and then it wasn't again and again. The day it was suppose to arrive it arrived 5 business days after the agreed time. I've now learned if I want to continue business with this company I have to order my product about a month or two in advance. Beside all that, the product has been excellent.

Malibu is infested with fungus gnat larvae. I was offered a small compensation for this. Just beware the Malibu. You will have to treat it.

On one hand this has A+ surfactant capabilities on the level of Green Cure and it stopped PM in its tracks in a flowering room. On the other hand I had a bunch of clones die or get completely distorted leaves, and it’s not on the list of Colorado Approved Pesticides / Fungicide for use with Cannabis. So I called the company and spoke with a woman today to ask if Tweetmint is approved for use on tobacco or food products. They told me it has not been submitted for FDA approval on either because they didn’t want to do so. So I expressed my concern for people’s health, and I will just use this on my floors because trusting people has become ridiculous.

I'm super stoked on the product offering. But I clicked a button when I ordered that I misread to say would add me to a mailing list and give 5% off my purchase. But apparently I set up my order to be recurring. That was my fault. But I have sent several emails now asking for a return authorization number or some procedure to return the duplicate order and have zero response. I'm bummed I wish Build a Soil would help me figure this out. Holler!!!

My order arrived on time, but when I opened the box I noticed that the package of silicate had a large rip. More than half of the contents were spilled in the box. I was able to salvage most but it made an awful mess. Don't understand what could have caused the hole after it was sealed in the shipping box, so I'm assuming it was placed in there already damaged.
