Order says is was delivered but I never received item or tracking information.
The first email that you receive is the confirmation of order and we believe this may be what you are referring to, the second email is delivered when fulfillment is complete and we can see that you did receive tracking and it shows that your product was delivered. This soil wasn't for me. I've tried plenty of different recipes when it comes to making your own soil and the plants were 100x happier. I found some big pieces in the bags, I'm not even sure what it is. It looks like some coal Santa dropped into Jeremy's stocking for being on the naughty list. Even more annoying than this is you can only get the Dominion blend online and the shipping charges are outrageous. Can we get the dominion blend shipped to your current grow stores and throw away all of the 3.0 soil?

This product was advertised as being 3.0 because it has 3 compost. A bas youtube video explained this same fact. Now it has 2 compost but they have not acknowledged this to public and have not changed labels on bag or pic of product in site to make it accurate! Cmon guys this is a lawsuit waiting to happen😬 THIS PRODUCT IS 2.0 NOW!

I purchased the 3.0 soil to transplant sum plants into a bigger pot and before I used it I ph checked the soil with my direct soil measurer from hanna instruments and found the soil was siting at 6.2 when I brought this up to there support team instead of trying to fix my problem that told me the ph was in perimeters they set which if you ever looked at a ph availably chart shows that it is slightly acidic. altho its not a problem immediately it means you'll have to ph correct the soil faster than if the soil was siting around 6.8 which would be the optimal starting ph. I attached a picture showing a soil test I did of the 3.0 two months after growing in a 5 gallon pot watering at a 7.0ph threw the cycle.
