I can’t fully say the soil works amazing because I just planted and transplanted some plants with it . However it looks and smells perfect in every way . The bag of soil is packaged perfectly with a small box the size of the bag so it’s not super wasteful . I have a bunch of plants of all types not just cannabis and I’ve incorporated it into the basic soil I use for the non cannabis . Each with different proportion of BAS but the main 2 potted cannabis plants will prob get 50/50 of earthworm casting /. Build a soil dominion soil . I’m hoping this takes me to the next step with improving terps and health of the different strains I’m growing outside . I have to say this is Very impressive engineered soil. Great idea whom ever came up with this . Thank you

I was skeptical to try BuildASoil for a while, but after pulling the trigger and just going for it I can say without a doubt it is the BEST potting soil straight from a bag I have ever used. $55 per cubic foot bag may seem steep but considering you need 3 for a stable, living soil environment, its worth the price. Its a little hot for starting plants but vigorous plants have no issue, even from seed. I have the healthiest plants Ive ever had from seed, and with straw mulch amd a cover crop with Kashi gold and rootwise you cannot go wrong. I know its a water only mix but I use it in smaller containers, which will require top dressings, as hearty feeders will deplete food quickly! Everything this company sells is no frill no fuss and only what you need to maximize your gardens potential, all you gotta do is follow the instructions and let nature do the rest!

This might come across as pricey. But when you realize you only need to fill 1/4-1/3 of the pot w/ this soil collab with duke it is well worth the price per cubic foot - love this soil - also has plenty of perlite to keep it properly aerated - also great soil to keep recycling ! It’s a winner

Says it right on the bag and I can't put it much better myself, build-a-soils number one goal is to empower organic growers with high quality products and education. The information that was provided to me through the videos and posts over these years has made me want to invest in this company's products because I know they are long-term and trustworthy in their ingredients and uses. With that said mix this with a little bit of your craft blend and top dress before transition and halfway through flower a big thanks to everyone that makes these high quality materials available.

Strong! Clipped on easy. These likely add a couple inches inside the tent as they flare out from the poles. Bought a set for every tent i hae well worth the money

I started an indoor veggie “garden with soil and grow lights. And it not only got infested by some of the compost I used, but I had several houseplants already that were little gnat factories! I’d learned about Mosquito Bits just recently and had been trying them—what a pain! Messy, stinky, inconvenient and only partially effective after 3 weeks. I went searching again and discovered other products including WDG3000. Hesitated due to the price, but was impressed by the reviews and so tired of the battle, so I splurged. SO worth it! Applied 3 times at 5g per gallon in the first week and have only seen 1 or 2 straggler adult fungus gnats in my whole house! I’ll back off now to weekly or less and hopefully that will prevent return. Only little issue was that some of my plants have been overwatered due to the drenching method, but they should recover.

I must admit that I was a bit put off by the very small package. How could it be worth it? My current grow is the first time really applying this (via drench) after transplants and at the stretch. Seeing a great response. You just use a very small amount. It does that a couple of minutes to dissolve.

Had questions and concerns, all were answered and addressed, they are truly there to help and even though I'm from Canada and it unfortunately increases the cost, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience... The higher cost with me being Canadian isn't something they could help and they will even recommend outsourcing if it saves you money as I have done with some of the ingredients I needed.. for that, I would give them 6⭐️ if I could. I can't express how much that means in an expensive world.. Seriously guys, thank you so much!

If youre into keeping healthy moms, this is the soil for you. I change mother plants every 4 months and this soil has helped me maintain healthy moms throughout. Worth its weight in gold

Nothing bad to say just good. Plants love everything I buy from here. Big time at growing food outside and with build a soil I can get everything I need from one place. And the shipping is almost what I end up spending on crappy products before u had to buy the good ones anyway and it’s like thinking about saving in gas etc it’s worth it. Gonna start looking into making my own soil with their inputs since I own a bunch of land ! 🙏

Used another version gifted from a friend last season. The BAS Kashi comes with a history. Its like being handed years of knowledge. Feel very lucky to share passion with passionate people. Buy it you will be impressed.

Only company I deal with. Way on the expensive side but in my opinion it's worth it unless you got big operation and then probably not. And they don't get veteran discounts.

This cover is great! 100x better than the plastic bags shipped with the earth box. Prevent snap back from elastic, durable, dual zip sets for 2x plant option, sweet design. Perhaps a bit over priced, but worth the upgrade.

I ordered two of these for my magnolia six lights with the manual dimmer. Upon receiving it, I learned that it was only capable of running one of the three lights the board has.. in other words I would’ve needed to purchase and Daisy chain six of these together for it to function as described. …. At this point, I was truly at a loss and had to make a deal with the devil himself, Jeffrey Preston. I begrudgingly ordered a pair of three into one barrel pin connector on Amazon three female to male…this time to find out the only one they sell has the incorrect size of male barrel pin, being just slightly too large to fit. After further scouring the Internet, I realized I was on my own. I will say it is worth mentioning that Jeremy reached out to me personally to try and help with the issue. I removed the back of the unit. Build A Soil sent me ..removed the barrel pin connector and hardwired the 3 into one into this unit. To my shock, as I never been good with electricity… it worked.

Best products available hands down

This along with anything I’m using from BAS is 6 star product quality Been growing The BuildaSoil way a few years now and it’s never been better. Also thanks to a few Black Fridays I’ve stocked up enough dominion blend and 3.0 to possibly last me until I can’t grow any more bc I’m old. My first review was 1 year ago, however, I have now compared plants from the same seeds, with and without this trio. I had a Girl Scout Cookie plant that was mostly stem and the harvest was HORRIBLE about 1 year ago. After using this trio on the same seeds (and others), there is just no comparison! HUGE plants, huge buds and the harvest per plant had to be at least 300-400% more! In addition, my 5 gal pots get almost root bound every single time now and the beneficial bugs (microbes), are visible by a nearly blind person and the soil moves after I water (they come to the top of the soil and it looks like a moving carpet, and even the color changes until they go back down)! I have to say that this kind of freaks me out but the results are well worth the creepy crawly's since they do stay in the soil and never, ever are on the plants themselves! Believe me, I check often! Keep the elixer in the frig if you can't use it all up within a few months! It will be good for many months in the frig. Just amazing the difference these 3 products make - from the roots to the buds and the quality of the grows are just excellent!! You won't be disappointed!!! Oh and you use a tiny amount of each, so all 3 small containers will last a very long time!

Over the past 6 months I've really stated to study soil biology and understand what makes a top quality living soil. Everything that BuildASoil uses for their living soil mixtures is top tier quality that will last for years to come. I decided to purchase a cubic yard for my 4x8 tent and have plenty left over after filling a 3x3 bed and 4 15G pots. I've had the bed cooking with cover crop and red wigglers for over 2 weeks now and the 15G pots for 1 week now and everything is coming alive beautifully. The soil holds moisture exceptionally well (I find it best to use the Blumat Tensiometers) for an accurate reading of moisture deep within your beds and pots to maintain a consistent and effective moisture level. Freight shipping was a bit expensive but it was 100% worth the cost given that the whole idea behind a no-till soil is to let the food web chain get more rich after each and every run without needing to buy another bag. So, despite paying quite a bit in shipping and the bonus of having plenty left over in case I decide to expand, it was the best and most crucial decision I have made for my setup. Everything from the peat moss, to the worm castings, and all the organic nutrients being used, it is simply the best soil you will ever come across. If you're on the fence, dont be just buy it.

People could go back and forth all day about the right way. If you use the BuildASoil methods you know the answer. Old roots in modern times. Great head piece for the garden or on the scene. Put your salt bottles down and grab some worthy inputs. Hey, your health is counting on it. Thank you to all the staff that make this happen for people.
