This stuff is exceptional to go along with what I consider excellent customer service. This will be my third time purchasing this over these last couple of years and I just won't start to grow without it.

If you have an iPhone, this is the best bang for your buck for a usable power meter for a home grower. Great customer service and fast shipping.

After watching the video Jeremy did on this his bag had a quite bit more life and moisture then the bag I received. My bag was lacking worms and mites and a lot of the mentioned beneficial insects and that was definitely a bummer because that was the hole reason I bought the product. Definitely didn’t live up to expectations but I wanted to thank the customer service team who quickly stood by there guarantee and was able to get things sorted I opted for a refund and hope in the future my next bag comes packed with life. The brand definitely will definitely have me as a life time customer service with that customer service. And aside from me probably going in with super high expectations and the video hyping them up so much the castings themselves are top notch and in comparison to price to the Home Depot castings which are about the same price COWOCO IS TOP DAWG they really are good quality castings they were only missing the life.

BAS sends your product with great leak protection and if your item comes messed up or damaged they will replace it. BAS has the best customer service in the game :)

In all honesty I haven’t gotten to use my build a flower yet however I’m really excited to. I have about 3-4 weeks before I’ll use this product along with some build a bloom. Unfortunately I wasn’t given a choice to rate the products I have used and purchased from y’all. It’s all good what I got going is the craft blend mixing around 6 1/2 cups for 2cu ft of soil along with Montana grow silica @ about 1/2 a cup. I believe you can go up to 8 cups for the craft but I stayed a little lower. I just today received my Colorado worms and horticultural coconut. My worms i will top dress with about two more times throughout my grow and I just watered my plants with the coconut. Which I’m told the coconut is like an elixir for the plants. All and all I bought other products to use in my grow and after doing so much research and learning about nutrients I took a different route and went the build a way. Now I’m equipped with everything I need to have a thriving healthy grow with less stress and worry. This company has wonderful customer service! I’ve emailed the company twice asking for advice and thoughts about the way I planned on using their products. Two different people responded to my emails promptly and not only gave me good advice but I was also given a compost brew tea recipe for the products I had. Haven’t used their soil yet but I look forward to doing more business with this company future.

I have been using this blend since build a soil was starting up and was relatively not as known like it is today, The customer service is top notch and they are always willing to listen to me babble LOL. The last time i got this product was 2017-2018 and still had a bit left when i got some this spring, the color is a bit different but maybe thats my eye, there were more big flat chunks of karanja cake which i break up before using and it didnt have as as fishy smell (my neighbors LOVE when i break out the NP) , I use this to revitalize my soil and have been for over 6-7 years maybe more , usually i add crustacean meal to keep the calcium levels up as i was having trouble with blossom end rot but this year i used this coupled with oyster shell flour and MAN did my garden produce! Its not only for cannabis and and plants will love this i even add a tiny bit to my bonsai soil mix and my little gals are healthy as could be! This season was a test ZERO outside nutes, NO compost teas after planting no ferments and i have a ton of growth and delicious fruits. Most daytime pics are on my other phone but i will see if i can edit this later to include them. My sungold cherry tomato plants are 10 ft tall and pulling the stakes down SO NEVER DOUBT THIS PRODUCT!!!! Build a soil im with you to the end(which i hope for all of our sakes never ends)

I did a ton of research on different soils before starting my first grow and ended up going with buildasoil lite. This stuff is awesome! More importantly when I needed some extra insight on how things were going their customer service was amazing. Laid out a bunch of options and never felt rushed to get off the phone. All around great products and great customer service!

My 3lb bag of craft blend came busted up and all over the inside of the box. I contacted customer support and had a new bag in the mail that day, free of charge. Best customer service in the game!

I originally ordered a cloning kit. The kit included a discontinued insert which didn't allow the top to seal around the bottom tray. I contacted BAS . They quickly realized what happened and offered me this insert as a direct replacement.. When I recieved this as a replacement. It was evident that this is a much higher quality option. This insert is leaps and bounds more stout than the original that came with the kit. Also eveident is BAS ate the added cost . This insert costs ¾ of the total cost of my purchase. Most companies would have refunded the $4 of the original piece. BAS went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed .. even at the added cost to them. Ohh and after using the setup I ordered. 100% of my cuttings rooted. I have an irreplaceable mom. From seeds I made.(none left) couldn't get it to root. First 10 done with BAS products. Following BAS way. I now have 10 healthy plants. Not clones.. The real gem here is The customer service offered by BAS

Had a package lost by USPS and they would not pay for it. BAS replaced my purchase even though they were not at fault. BAS customer service is as great as their products.

Love it !! Plants are really a lush green color. I’m running 2 earth boxes and 3 grassroots 7 gallon pots from BAS. I have a locker full of BAS products and they all rock!! Any product you buy from these guys is totally legit. Their soils are great as well. The attention to detail for truly responsibly sourced ingredients is top notch. Top shelf organic nutrients and soils you will not go wrong with BAS and their customer service is great!!

Well I haven’t used it. However I will soon. This picture is an auto flower. Im running a 18-6 light cycles. This a seed from Humboldt Seed Co. the strain is Emerald Fire OG. I am running craft blend build a bloom yield a flower coconut water in light blend planted in a build a soil earth box. Absolutely BAS has the best organic nutrients on the market. If you’re thinking about going with living soil do it! You won’t regret any products this company makes. Also they have the best customer service happy to answer any questions with knowledge and understanding of their products. Honestly I can’t say enough good about this company. Get on the organics from BAS. If you have any questions about living soil call and ask a representative of BAS. You call they pick up the phone. I’ve relied on their guidance and it paid off . This plant isn’t even fully developed and looks great already. Literally over night my plants respond to their products. Give them a try ! These guys are totally legit. Their products are tested and posted clearly for the customer to look at. You know exactly what you’re getting and it’s top quality living soil organics. It’s very simple for a newbie’s to run their system. The earth boxes really work as well. Just start out with a bag of Craft Blend you can run just that product through veg and flower. Very balanced nutrient top dress. It’s that simple guys! The jar is a Galatamoe different strain as pictures.

Great Bio-Char and even a better company to buy it from....Build-A-Soil rocks 🤘 My 1 cu. ft. of Bio-Char arrived but the consistency was like dust which looked nothing like the item picture they have posted on their website and I looked at other people's reviews who posted pictures and theirs was also chunky, definitely not like mine that looks like dust so, I contacted Build-A-Soil customer service and they requested some more pictures which I have provided and they confirmed that it is the right product but they are not sure why I received it like that, literally dust and they went ahead and sent me a replacement free of charge. I offered to send the item back and I was willing to pay for shipping but they did not ask me for any money nor asked me to return the dust package which was very nice of them and very professional. If you have never purchased from this company before, then I highly recommend giving them a try because their customer service is outstanding and they have the highest quality organic nutrients for your organic setup! I grow medical cannabis and their nutrients are the best in the country!

I think this product is awesome. I am a first time organic grower I am using the coots soil kit and top dressing with the build a flower and watering with build a bloom on occasion love this company and really looking forward to using and learning about more of their products to really take my garden to a whole new level customer service AAA

Hello community Wow, this kit came very quick, I actually had thought it was coming via USPS, Priority... It did not, it came by FEDEX, and the delivery driver even unloaded the 6 boxes to my backyard, where I was mixing the soil at. The crew in Customer service at B.A.S. is absolutely spot on with there attention to detail and there willingness to help this old grower change his mind about organics. Thank you BAS.

This my 3rd yr growing consistently. I started my seeds directly into this 3.0 soil 8 weeks ago and transplanted into 20 gal plastic pots about 4 weeks after the seeds popped. I ran cover crop for about 8 weeks prior to transplanting into 20 gal plastic pots. Was worried it would be too hot but I have had no issues with this run. I have used RO water only supplemented with gypsum, microbes, and a wetting agent. I am so happy I went organic, also happy about going with 20 gallon containers. No need to water daily and overall so much less work and my plants have never looked so good. On top of these products working better than anything I have tried before the customer service this company provides is unbelievable. Day 2 of Flower was today! Can’t wait to see how they finish over the next 8 weeks or so. I’d give these guys 1000 stars !

Customer service was quick to respond and replace a bag that was damaged during shipping.I am happy to do business that backs their product.Can not wait to test this product for the new growing season.It will be my second year as a outdoor grower.Heard great things from a friend about their products.Was lucky to try some cover crop for my first grow.If the rest of the products work as good I will be excited to reorder more products.I ordered some amendments and soil blends to try out plus micronutrients.If all goes well I hope to be posting some great pictures for2023.Ordered a bunch of stuff after my 1st grow with out anything but some cover crop.
