Seems like any bad review would have been different had the person who placed the order read the info about the cut off times for monday/tuesday order fulfillment. If you order on a saturday,the day after fridays 3pm deadline, youll effectively wait ten days till the next shipment goes out. More good news, worms are healthy and you can feel confident in ordering.

Worms arrived as expected, were not extremely lively due to the cold. Transferred to worm bin, few heavy feedings of malted barley and now I have HUNDREDS of cacoons. After transfer, and feeding, worms are very healthy.

This is my second purchase with buildasoil and in my experience they are the best shop in the market. Jeremy works hard finding the correct information and products to provide to the masses. Everything arrived in a timely manner. The worms got to me quickly. Set them up into my bin last night. Excited to become more sustainable with my own worm bin. Thank you Jeremy and buildasoil!

They called to let me know it was too hot here in AZ to ship my worms which i thought was very thoughtful, had to cancle that part of my order until temps drop but still overly satisfied with Build A Soil and their products.

Worms arrived and were vigorous. Its several days later, and they're still going strong inside the Worm Inn. Seemed to be an excellent ratio of living to dead worms, almost entirely alive.

Worms came quick and are really happy in the worm inn. Can't wait to use my own vermicompost still waiting on my second order of worms but really stoked on buildasoil and quality of everything I get from here

There was an issue with shipping my order at first, bt when I emailed jeremy to try to figure out the issue, he fixed it right away. He even doubled the amount of worms for free! As usual customer service at BAS is top notch. The worms arrived promptly after the email conversation and were very lively upon arrival. There were even a few coccoons in the bag! I couldn't be more impressed with the health and vigor of this mixed bag of worms. I ordered them in late November, just as the weather changed from chilled to freezing and was a bit apprehensive that they would arrive safely. The staff of Build A Soil exceeded my expectations again, packaging the worms securely insulated and gently cushioned against the stress of shipment. Dealing with this company has been immensely satisfying. I highly recommend the company and their excellent product line.
