UPDATE: I posted the 1 star review below and I want to revise that, but it doesn’t let you edit reviews. I was able to save the plants, I was just frustrated waking up seeing my plants decline even more thinking I lost them, and it was the holidays so a mail delay is to be expected. It was unfair on my part. I have used them again since and the USPS delivery plus the results were extremely prompt. Will not hesitate to use them again!
