It doesn't seem that you should need to buy insurance to receive your package. I buy it every order but I don't like the idea at all!

I don't like it! Why can't companies take responsibility for there products! We really shouldn't need to "insure " our purchase!

They snuck this one in on me and I didn’t catch it. Shouldn’t be automatically selected like that imo.

This is something I did not want that was automatically added to my order.

I feel it should have been included, your products are expensive and some of us are disabled

My package says it was delivered but never showed up

Never received tracking info but yet it says delivered. Delivered to who and where cause its not at my house.

as a mail order company i always paid for the protection myself for the customer guedd times are changing

I dont feel like I should have to pay for shipping protection. Build a soil should back everything up-even shipping
