Great product! I have no problem, so don't be misled by my rating. My preference is the 60.

When it worked for the first few months it worked. Within the next month became hard as a rock and ate the bag and dripped all over my floor. 1 year later I still have stains on my floor. Contacted customer service and best they could offer was the same 10% coupon you can find online. Would not recommend Q20.

Use to using Q 60 the 20 is extremely sticky and messer than the 60.
