FedEx delivered my package 📦 to the wrong address to a totally different city and BuildASoil team stepped up and sent me a replacement right away, no questions asked which was extra helpful because I needed to transplant but didn't have enough products to complete the transplant. If there was 2 or more days extra that i needed to wait I'd have height problems but BuildASoil is awesome and I still received everything in time.
