This item was broke in shipping and I contacted customer service and I couldn’t believe how easy they were to deal with. A 2 minute phone call with no long wait and they said send pics in an email. Before I could set down my phone from sending the email they had another one ordered for me and a confirmation email for the replacement. Amazing staff!
