I use BAS amendments for…everything. In moderation, at least. And since just adding 1/4 tsp every other week to my house plants…let me tell you, explosive growth. From Monsteras, to Pathos to Spider-plants and rubber trees, they all love it. Way. To. Go!

Ive been using this for about two years, i apply it at about week 3 to 4 of veg, it gives a nitrogen boost, the microbes love it, in just a few days after application you can see the bacteria and fungi growing in the soil, i highly recommend

Noticed faster take off on transplants from smaller to larger pots. I used it on tiny Tim tomatoes and they’re pumpin!!!

My first time using Earthboxes and the "Build a Soil way". Whether it's this or a combination of all the products in using from them, I don't care!!! My plants are BOOMING like never before with basically no effort. Just being a good steward daily.

This is a good little mixture you honestly cant go wrong with this offering. Expect it to break down slowly over time and don't forget to mix it/rake it with your fingers into the top soil so it doesn't cake up and become a waste.

Its been 3 weeks since I started using this stuff and it’s honestly I’ve seen a noticeable difference. On my next run I’m gonna do a side by side comparison to make sure it’s not all in my head! Lol

I will be using this when I transplant up in size along with dynomyco. And 8.2% chitin whaaaat!

This is truly a wonderful product to enhance your garden's defense mechanisms, but it's most effective when used from the beginning. I noticed increased vigor in seedlings that carried out throughout the grow, and I think part of it has to do with the 8.2% guaranteed percentage of chitin that OptiVeg delivers.

Plants were struggling a little bit but had to be transplanted because they were becoming root bound. OptiVeg seriously help with the transition.

Easy to use, I add it in the hole with a couple other things. Azos and mycos from extreme garden.

I didn't get this product in time for transplant but worked well as a top dress

After hearing from Jeremy that OptiVeg has 8.2% chitin and a great sar response from the plants, I ordered a bag. My results were outstanding, from a spidermite problem first run to using optiveg next run, the results were completely opposite. No pests and robust veg setting me up for phenomenal flowers! I’ve yet to use as a foliar spray but I’m sure w the aminos in it, the foliar spray will do well too

Worked great as a spray solution. Staff was super helpful with answering questions. I will also be using it with some myco innoculant as a water in supplement!

BAS has a great video explaining the secrets of this great product. stimulates plants own defenses to build a happy & hearty plant.

I’d have given this 5 stars but the seal failed the first time I tried to reseal the bag. Nevertheless, the product has worked very well in tandem with the BAS mycorrhizal blend for transplants and top dress. You can tell by the texture and color that it’s quality stuff, but the plants are also displaying great turgor after transplants so I definitely recommend.

So far I have used this as a Foliar once in veg playing with the chitin levels and c how they react, and it makes them pray👍 The second component of optiveg which really intrigued me was the NPK and the micronutrients, it’s great for a veg boost amongst other nutritions, very cost effective as well👍

I was recommended by the buildasoil team to try this to combat my fungus gnats problem and it worked! I don’t have a single fungus gnat after just one application. Super cool

Seeing faster bounce back after transplanting the next run - use as applied with a myco inoculant & save on some veg time

I added optiveg and the plants are thriving. I also use this to treat the gnats/bugs that frequently come with buildasoil’s soil

This is my first time using it, only about 2 months of experience. It's def not hurting anything, my garden is fantastically green.

This is GR8 for building up the rhizospere of any plant and increase root development especially if you kkow the science behind chitin.The only thing I don't like about this product is the cost. But it's somewhat worth it

One dose plants exploded in growth . ..leaves got bigger and stalks got thicker.
