Got this in the mounding in my earthbox, and the plant loves it! Will definitely incorporate this in the future. Glad I spent the extra for the 11 lbs bag.

This stuff is awesome. It's a little dry, but it does the job. My tomatoes and cannabis love it

I feed all my plants a compost tea once a week and I take great joy at blending up different batches of tea. As part of this effort I collect different sources of compost and worm castings that I'll use for my different teas. This compost is now in rotation and makes a decent tea when blended with Build a Flower and a good type of worm castings.

Definitely a go to for me when they have it in stock. My plants react very nicely when I use it in a tea or add it to my soil when I am re-amending.

I just reamended 180 gal of buildasoil. I used all the usual suspects and added a bit of the pinto bean compost. Pretty dry, but smells good. It did have some sizable stones. Took those out. We’ll see if this makes any difference. I’ll be top dressing with some as well.

Wish I had bought a bigger bag. Was able to do about 6, 5 gallon pots. Once it had gotten wet seem to help retain some moisture

Full of potassium. It’s an ideal topdress for flowering.

Like the description says, it's not the prettiest looking stuff but it works very well! Getting good results so far in my soil mix and it smells great

First off, this stuff clearly boosts soil activity as I have seen growth and fungal activity starting and spreading from the pieces of this compost. Drawbacks were that it was quite dry and it is not at all pleasant smell, but I just wetted it as I layered it in and the smell went away as I mixed it into the soil. Despite those two minor gripes; I would totally recommend this product and will use again if/when stock allows.

Do yourself a favor and click email when product available; or if you and i are lucky it's back in stock so you can go ahead and put order of this in your cart. When you realize (like me) how GREAT this is, you will wish you ordered more... Plants @all stages LOVE this!

I got some of this to try and mix my own 3.0 soil. It arrived quickly and fresh!

Its got some nice clay and organic matter, and some condensation inside too. It will change the composition of your soils in medium to large quantities if you are growing with potting mixes/super soils in containers. Will hold alot of water. Helps everything stick together much more. Careful with any mineral additions.

First thing that is going to get you is the smell, but it’s a good smell . I mixed it with buidasoil worm castings can’t wait to see what it’s gonna do for my plants! I’m hooked on your products

Doesn't have the greatest look, but this compost is full of biology. Tons of life!! And the Pinto Bean being a legume provides good nitrogen to your plsbts.

Bean compost offers the best sugars for creating new or different microbial life. First bean specific compost I've used and I'm very impressed with the results thus far.

This is the first time I have purchased this type of compost so not sure what is normal. Must say I felt the need to screen the top half of the 11lb bag due to so many rocks and pebbles. Overall the product is dry and dusty. Again, not sure if this is normal for Pinto Bean Compost.
IT's normal! It's an ugly mineral heavy compost with lots of calcium and phosphorous that gets a fantastic plant reaction. But i get it it! It's ugly!! We do purchase the product screened but there are rocks in it for sure.

I've used this to top dress some vegging plants mixed with some bokashi and everything seemed to love it.

Just tried this compost for a tea. I'm used to using big companies earearthworm castings without much luck as far as life in my teas goes. This latest tea with the pinto compost was just screaming with life!! My plants are loving the extra boost! Oh,I also used it in my soil mix,but won't know about it's usefulness for a little while.
