Chapin seal kit seems to have everything i need for my Chapin

Between the sprayer and the sapitan 60, my life has become a little easier. That helped with my weakest link. Thanks for the education!

I have bought several cheap plastic Amazon sprayers most of them, clog easy, and do not hold enough water.
The sprayer is definitely industrial grade and built to last. I would highly recommend it. I watched several videos of Jeremy using it and I opted for the molding that goes on the bottom because I definitely could see myself dropping it on my toes and that would not be fun.

Gasket kit was fairly simple. I had rust issues so it took me a while to get the nuts off to install some parts but the product is good.

I really like this sprayer. Built heavy duty. I’ve had for a couple of years now. No issues. Saves the back from lugging around gallons of water.

This was a huge upgrade for a sprayer it is so much easier to open and use and it is made with quality materials.

I finally pulled the trigger and got one of these, should of done it a long time ago! Dont hesitate , just do it !

This is a commercial grade sprayer as advertised. When they don’t come with spare parts the factory parts last.

The Chapin makes watering a little longer but evenly distributes the water / tea / ferment to get to all the roots and maximum use of the solution without creating too much runoff (the sapanarins help fully soak the peat)

Perfect for watering evenly very uniform sprayer high quality product I would highly recommend less disturbance to plants and seedling ❤️

I am very happy with this sprayer, and it has been a daily component in my growing life. Like everything else, if you don't take care of it, it won't take care of you. Keep it clean and don't abuse it, and it will last a good long while.

Been wanting one for a while now. Out with the old in with the new.

With this 'Industrial Cement Sprayer' by Chapin I thought I would finally get a quality sprayer.
Well, I Loved it while it lasted. Used it in my small potted garden mainly for foliage spraying/IPM.
Treated it well and it did what it was supposed to do... untill it didn't.
It is now just over 2 years old and started hissing and leaking on a hole on the main tank.
Not much else one can do but remember the good old times when not everything would just outlast the initial warranty period! Now just another piece of junk!
Even the Chapin can corrode from moisture and organic matter inside. Where is the whole? I'd like to see if we can help with Chapin on our end and possibly get this replaced or repaired. Can you email Support@BuildASoil.com so we can continue this conversation and get you dialed in? Thanks!

Used the first time with dr zymes with amazing results!

When nothing else compares to this beast

Excellent sprayer and will deliver any compost tea brew to foliar applications Love it! Superior quality

The only thing I use to water with these days. Pretty durable and easy to clean. It comes with the .5 and 1g tips. It's like a forced air intake for your water.
Anson
Good sprayer. Use it to apply beneficial nematodes.

The sprayer drips a lead at the hose where it connects to the handle of the wand and there is chipped paint. No matter how tight I get it I cant stop it so I'm going to try thread tape. Obviously this is a manufacture problem. Makes me wonder whether these are 2nd quality
Leigh G.
Love it, more control over watering. Easy to use.

Everything seemed pretty nice with this until I started using it. The part where the hose and the sprayer link up would become loose very easily. I’d have to tighten it every few sprays and the sealer would leak out and become a sticky mess. Sealing just my back patio was annoyin

Best sprayer I’ve had for the garden, def worth it no clogs and heavy duty
Alec G.
The build quality of these sprayers are worth the money. And the spread on them is amazing, perfect for an earth box
Armando V.
Glad to get rid of the plastic ones

I love the quality of this chapin, spits like a fire hydrant. I love it

Came back to the trusted sprayer after many months of using Jay's Quillaja 60. The Chapin does a great job of spreading out that water with the Q so that you can evenly wet your pots, which I find to be really important in my smallish 5-7 gallon pots. There is something so satisfying about using this product - and when you begin doing SOG or scrogging you sometimes need something like this to get to the back of your tent to water you plants...highly recommended!

So happy I purchased the Chapin 1949! It makes watering my indoor ladies much easier, & the spray tips provided flow a precise pattern that makes over watering a thing of the past imo. Wish I would have bought this long ago, don’t hesitate if you want a very durable industrial style sprayer!

Brilliant design, and though it's a big heavy, the smooth function and interchangeable nozzles make it worth it. Really easy to clear clogs as well. The pressure release design is great as well, with no danger of any pressurized liquid escaping.
Paul H.
the design is perfect, the long brass wand along with the fan spray tip makes getting to the underside of the leaves a snap, it is built like a tank and heavy when full so you will get a workout while using it.

They sprayer works great but the red paint will chip around the top and prevent the gasket from sealing. It’s too expensive for it to not be usable because of a paint chip.
James L.
This really makes foliar spraying a breeze. Can't wait to do more with this beast.

I use this regularly for watering beds. Attachments all great and are useful. Low prep nozzle perfect for getting small plants. Taped up bottom 1/4 to keep it from scratching up surfaces with red paint.

Made enough purchases to have the points to get this for free, plus shipping. It's great. Has made watering Soooooo much easier.

I order here from Ca.

Just moved to a 65gal, so it’s perfect for 5% waterings.
It makes watering a lot easier and faster!
Got this with review points but I kind of feel like it was a BAS graduation present from The Coot School!
Thanks BAS, loyal to the soil!

This is by far the best way to water the no till bed .

This thing really is as amazing a reported.

Couldn’t be happier with this product. Makes my life so much easier. No more squeezing a watering can between the scroog or clogging up cheap sprayers. It also looks cool.

The sprayer is heavy duty and does an awesome job in the garden. And if I used it for its intended purpose in concrete i would give it 5 stars. I’ve had it for like two years now
The paint is flaking away and the steel is starting to rust. Buy the stainless steel version I wish it was available when I was in the market for one
Cris B.
Great product! It was all I expected and makes watering plants in a 5x5 tent a breeze! Bonus I got it with my Rewards points! ShaZam! I was to tight to pay for one.
Thanks Jeremy and the crew!

I use this to feed my beds and it makes it a breeze. Easy to maintain as long as you take a few minutes to clean it out after each use. Paint will chip off so be careful.
Randy
This is the best sprayer I’ve ever used! I don’t know how I did without one before. Anyone that has a grow tent should invest in one of these because it is just that “an investment!!”
Willie B.
I like the way it works don’t have to use buckets anymore. I wish I could have got one before I got the back pack sprayer. Should last me for years.
Max K.
Holding up much better than the version with the plastic wand.
Terell M.
Wish I got the stainless one! But it works great and is very well made. Would buy again
John S.
This sprayer is well built and should last my lifetime at least. I'm stoked it was made in USA. Recieved it as a "reward" for my recent purchases. BAS really does reward with a smile.
Thomas F.
Great product, would highly recommend!

This is really a great sprayer with a ton of options. Only thing with this product is that it clogs easily. Making it hard to mix craft blend etc. in this sprayer. I would use the brew bag with the sprayer just to make sure no large chunks get stuck in the sprayer.
Amaan D.
I saved up a lot of points to get this thing for only shipping (about 700..). But I’llhave to say I don’t know how I survived without it. It leaks from the ends a bit so you have to make sure you have everything on right but besides that I love the capacity and I love the sturdiness and ease of ability to spray particles.
