The plants don’t lie, they love diamond K gypsum!

Mixed local sourced worm castings with 3.0 kit. Got taco leaves. Testing showed high potassium. BuildASoil suggested trying Diamond K gypsum. Added 1/2 tsp to 2-gal well water and watered earthbox (5-gal bucket). Taco leaf GONE in less than a week. But bigger surprise is BuilsaSoil 3.0 kit. Man what a game-changer. Unbelievable growth. I’m amazed.

If in need of a quick calcium fix, this works!!!

Following up during a phone call to BAS, they suggested I try this Gypsum to add Calcium to a mix which was my third run in 15 gallon containers. I had "re-amended" with a combination of Coots mix and Oly mountain plus added worm castings when I transplanted. But there was signs of yellowing and overall "exhaustion". Adding the Diamond K definitely helped green them up after two weeks or so (using a blumat system via top dress makes a bit slower intake/uptake).

First off, what a deal. Half the price for double the weight when compared to Amazon. Diamond K is what I've always used for mycology but never for my plants. I've since started adding it to my soil for the calcium and sulfur and my plants have been loving me ever since. SB; I was fighting a mystery deficiency which turned out to be a calcium deficiency. Ever since fixing that with some rock dust and gypsum, things have been smooth like butter.

The calcium and sulfur help displace and balance out the excessive sodium and potassium found in coco, and are in forms that are highly available to plants. It also doesn't affect the pH like other liming solutions do, and generally you don't want to raise the pH at all

Can’t beat the quality for the price

Good quality packaging, free shipping on 5lbs and I also like that it’s not perfectly consistent in texture. Plenty that’s ground to dust, and some small 1/4-3/8” rocks. Mixed up and baking now!

This is for my stock pile so haven't used it yet. Always getting quality products! I don't worry too much from this company.
