This product caused repeated leaks and flooded my tent within days of use. Support sent multiple replacement parts (tube/grommet, and then a replacement tray), but each one still leaked. After more than a month of troubleshooting, I’ve lost all confidence in the product and am seeking a full refund.

New setup for clones / veg tent.
Currently experimenting with clones transplanted into 4” square’s thru 1 gallon
Objective 1, is push new clones thru 1 gal pots in Veg into 4’X4’ living soil bed final home,
Objective 2, test later sub irrigation / living soil bed combo Vs 4X4 living soil top watered bed.

The staff was extremely nice. They are very knowledgeable and always friendly, I know because I have called them a dozen times in about two weeks and I am always treat with the upmost respect and staff is always welcoming with any questions. I will always buy BuildASoil products exclusively for my grows! Thanks a lot guys and I would definitely recommend them 💯

Great bed easy to put together and they have clear instructions. I was a little worried the tubing they shipped for reservoir wasn’t going to be long enough but it actually was. I wished they said how long the tubing included would be on the product page so I could have ordered the extra bundle of tubing when I ordered
