I switched from kelp to alfalfa some of the same benefits but less heavy metals.every other reamend I like to add some or mixing new batch of soil.

Like you the alfalfa meal instead of the seeds. Great product.

I've been using Alfalfa for a few years at this point to keep my living soil up and going. Even after taking a break from gardening during 2022, I was able to use this Alfalfa and a few great products I still had from BAS I was able to get my living soil right back where it once was. Just one more great product from a great company that knows their stuff!

Adding alfalfa meal to my soil has been a wonderful addition. It has helped tremendously with my plant growth and production. I grow with only organic matter and the alfalfa meal is wonderful. I have seen a marked improvement in my vegetable garden yields. Getting ready to order another 40 lbs for my fall planting.

I love this product for my leafy green food crop. Also use for medicinal plants in my tent.

The alfalfa and kelp tea is amazing. Finally working into my outdoor garden and our spring flowers have much more spring! Varieties that normally stop flowering by now are still pushing.

The alfalfa smells really clean and plants seem to like it but it came in a coarse meal which I actually liked since the alfalfa can be a little hot and that made it easier to gauge how much I was adding

to watch all of the mycelial hairs (I think) come up to help decompose the alfalfa meal so quickly. I love this stuff.

I use it to speed up the compost I had before I bought the urban worm bin. I used it to top dress my 15 gallon grassroots pots and will continue to use it for other plants and veggies.

I use this every week in my compost tea and get amazing results!

I love BAS alfalfa meal and it is a mainstay in my arsenal. It can be used to amend soil, I usually scratch it in under the mulch layer if I do that but I find putting a teaspoon per gallon in all of my veg and flower teas maintains and amends as you go. That’s just me though. If you’re in the market for some killer Alfalfa Meal just do it already! BAS FTW!

Super consistent, one of my amendments for recharging my indoor no till.

Jury is out though. Some growers say alfalfa is highly modified. @jay_plantspeaker_ has made me think twice about it but I still use it. Just do your research and make up your own mind.
