I use these, I soak them in water that has a little Rootwise dissolved in it. Cuttings seem to do better than in the ones charged w nutes.

They are my favorite choice other than just soil for rooting cuts. I find they're alot more forgiving than soil, especially if you're first starting out it can be difficult getting the right saturation and dry backs in the medium. These provide adequate aeration and will normally allow cuts to strike within a few days given the mother is healthy!

These plugs work great. I soaked the cuttings overnight in just aloe, and they all had roots in less than two weeks.
